Un album énergique et bien balancé, un son américain tendance groovy et soul (un avant-goût version 70s de Let's Dance ??). Un album très agréable à écouter, avec en invité John Lennon -- avec une reprise de "Across the Universe" ainsi que le tube "Fame".
Un disque peut-être pas aussi important que Ziggy Stardust, Heroes ou Low, mais qui montre une facette très agréable du génie protéiforme de Bowie. (R David)
