Très bien accueilli par la critique, ce premier album de 1969 trouvera preneur auprès des fans de bon blues-rock, ainsi que ceux de Poco que Cotton rejoint après Duet. Cette combinaison gagnante tractée par la force motrice Cotton/Kal, propose un excellent  lot de compositions variées et récréatives.
