Toad se reforme en 1975 avec Vergeat, Fröhlich et Lampis et c'est sous le label italien Frog que sort l'album "Dreams" en 75. Toad se sépare de nouveau en 77 pour renaître en 93 toujours avec Vergeat, Lampis et un nouveau bassiste Andre Buser

Avec ce premier opus incendiaire mais inégal, Toad s'impose à juste titre comme un des phénomènes rock à suivre du début des années 70. Cependant, Benjamin Jaeger, lassé des excentricités scéniques du guitariste (parfois hostile et distant, réalisant des soli interminables...) décide de quitter le groupe en 1971
